BARTENDER – New French/Mediterranean Restaurant | UAE

A brand-new restaurant within the renowned Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is now hiring a Bartender to join our opening team!

We’re looking for a skilled, personable, and guest-oriented professional who can craft exceptional drinks while delivering an engaging bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with UAE regulations

• Collaborate with the team to create signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus

• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering bar supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end or concept-driven venue

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar equipment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English (spoken & written); French is a plus

• Currently residing in the UAE

• Available to start immediately is a strong advantage
