Nikki Beach resort & Spa Dubai is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Assistant Restaurant General Manager with strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairing, and the ability to create and sustain an energetic and welcoming restaurant environment.

Skills & Qualifications

- Multilingual proficiency, fluency in French is mandatory additional languages are advantageous.

- Proven experience in managing a lively, upscale French Mediterranean restaurant that emphasizes a fun, engaging atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the hospitality team, fostering a lively and engaging atmosphere.

- Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance.

- Uphold high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

- Implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall experience.

- Cultivate strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers to maintain a vibrant and welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in an upscale French Mediterranean setting.

- Minimum of 3 years in a management role within an upscale French Mediterranean restaurant and pre-opening experience

- Fluency in English and French is essential, additional languages are a plus

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to create an energetic and fun atmosphere.

- Deep understanding of restaurant financials and cost control.

- Passion for delivering exceptional, lively guest experiences.

- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and atmosphere.
