We are looking for a Chef de partie whose role is to deliver an outstanding customer experience. We’re seeking a passion for hospitality, creativity, and a drive to be extraordinary!

Your tasks will cover the following:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within a section
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service
• Communicating well with kitchen teammates and delivering assistance whenever needed
• Organizing and controlling the work of his commis or apprentice
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Attention to productivity such as speed, accuracy, and food quality
• Receiving and organizing the produce for a section

An ideal candidate will have the following personality traits, skills, and experiences:

• Understand luxury branding
• Prior experience working in the luxury lifestyle sector and/or hospitality of 2 years
• Ability to work long hours with a strong focus on operational excellence
• Fluent in English and any additional language is a plus
• Has excellent organizational and time management skills; is ambitious and hardworking

• People-oriented and not afraid of trying new ways of doing things or other people’s ideas
• Respectful and humble. No matter who you are speaking to, you treat everyone the same
• Can think critically and has strong decision-making abilities
• Confident in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Knowledge of the handling and cleaning of kitchen equipment
• Good knowledge of ingredients and produce
• Knowledge and ability to run a section
• Great time management skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
• High level of attention to detail
