Reservation Management: Handle bookings with care (via phone or in-person), assign tables according to preferences, and anticipate guest needs to deliver flawless service.

Seamless Coordination: Work closely with service and kitchen teams to guarantee impeccable flow. Communicate special requests or dietary requirements for a truly tailored experience.

Creating a Unique Atmosphere: Manage expectations and waiting times with charm and efficiency, while maintaining a welcoming and exclusive ambiance.

Excellence in Service: Remain attentive to guests’s needs throughout their visit, answer questions, gather feedback, and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Your Profile

Radiant, elegant, and gifted with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is an advantage.

Able to handle situations with diplomacy and efficiency.

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
