We are seeking a commercially astute and highly organized Purchasing Manager to strategically manage procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory, ensuring seamless operations that reflect the prestige and quality of the Nammos brand.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management
Lead end-to-end procurement processes for all operational, F&B, and event-related supplies. Negotiate contracts, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing aligned with Nammos’ high standards.

Inventory & Cost Control
Oversee inventory management, monitor stock levels, and implement efficient systems to reduce waste and optimize operational costs while maintaining quality and luxury standards.

Vendor Relations & Quality Assurance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Ensure all products and services meet quality, brand, and compliance requirements.

Budget & Commercial Oversight
Manage purchasing budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses with a strong commercial focus. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or brand standards.

Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with operations, F&B, events, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs, timelines, and operational priorities.

Process Improvement & Reporting
Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes, reporting on key metrics, supplier performance, and operational efficiencies.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in procurement within luxury hospitality, high-end lifestyle, or F&B operations

  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach to sourcing and supplier management

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with a high-profile network of suppliers

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and process orientation

  • Polished communicator with a collaborative, client-focused mindset

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
