Marketing Coordinator – Nammos Dubai
Nammos Dubai is a globally recognized luxury lifestyle and hospitality brand. We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and uphold the Nammos brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Coordinate content creation and scheduling across social media and digital platforms
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and brand communications
- Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and key metrics
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with influencer collaborations, partnerships, and PR activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the organization and promotion of events, activations, and special initiatives
- Ensure all marketing activities align with Nammos brand standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, or similar role, preferably within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or F&B industries
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
