Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Identify, attract, and recruit top-tier talent for luxury hospitality. Strengthen our employer brand, conduct high-level recruitment and onboarding, and build strong teams that embody the Nammos spirit.
Training & Development
Design training pathways that elevate performance, service behaviour, and guest engagement. Foster growth, enhance skill sets, and support career development across all departments.
Performance & HR Strategy
Implement and oversee performance reviews, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance. Champion communication, engagement, and a culture of excellence and wellbeing.
Leadership & Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with operational leaders to maintain seamless alignment, support workforce planning, and ensure a consistent, refined service culture across the entire venue.
Your Profile
- Passionate about people development and luxury hospitality
- Proven experience in HR within high-end venues or F&B operations
- A natural communicator with warmth, confidence, and vision
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with poise and leadership presence
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
