Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and seating arrangements efficiently

• Escort guests to their tables and provide assistance as needed throughout their visit

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and reception area

• Coordinate with the service and management team to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally

• Support special events, VIP arrivals, and high-profile bookings

• Uphold the Nammos brand standards and ensure consistent service quality

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role in luxury hospitality or fine dining

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
