We are seeking a polished and well-connected Guest Relations Manager with a deep understanding of VIP guests and clientele to deliver warm, intuitive, and highly personalized service at the highest level.

Your Responsibilities

VIP Guest Experience & Relationship Management
Be the primary point of contact for VIPs, regular guests, and high-profile clientele. Build genuine, long-term relationships and ensure every guest feels recognised, valued, and cared for.

Clientele Knowledge & Personalised Service
Maintain a strong understanding of guest preferences, habits, and expectations. Anticipate needs and deliver bespoke experiences through attention to detail and personal engagement.

Reservation & Guest Journey Management
Oversee reservations, guest profiles, and seating allocations to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-balanced guest flow throughout service.

Brand Representation & Service Standards
Represent the Nammos brand with confidence, elegance, and professionalism. Uphold service standards, etiquette, and presentation while setting the tone for the venue’s atmosphere.

On-Floor Presence & Team Coordination
Maintain a visible presence on the floor, welcoming guests, managing expectations, and coordinating closely with operations, reservations, and management teams.

Guest Feedback & Relationship Continuity
Handle guest feedback with discretion and care, ensuring concerns are resolved promptly while strengthening trust and loyalty.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in Guest Relations within luxury hospitality, nightlife, or high-end lifestyle venues

  • Strong established clientele with deep knowledge of guests and VIP expectations

  • Naturally warm, confident, and highly personable

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of service and discretion

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
