Finance Manager – Nammos Dubai
Nammos Dubai is a globally recognized luxury lifestyle and hospitality brand. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and operational finance functions, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and strategic support for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with company standards
- Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditure to ensure financial stability and accuracy
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies
- Support senior management with financial insights, analysis, and decision-making reports
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Analyse financial performance and identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancement opportunities
- Liaise with department heads to ensure accurate budget tracking and financial planning
- Oversee supplier payments, invoicing processes, and contract financial terms
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, preferably within hospitality, luxury, F&B, or lifestyle industries
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and budgeting processes
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
