Your Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution Excellence
Lead the full lifecycle of high-profile events, private celebrations, brand activations, and VIP experiences, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with Nammos’ luxury standards.

Business Development & Sales Performance
Actively drive event revenue through proactive sales, upselling, and client acquisition. Leverage an established network and clientele to generate new business and maximize event profitability.

Client Relations & VIP Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, brands, and partners. Deliver bespoke, tailored experiences that exceed expectations and encourage repeat business.

Creative Concept & Brand Alignment
Develop innovative event concepts while maintaining brand consistency, atmosphere, and visual excellence across all events and activations.

Operational, Budget & Commercial Management
Collaborate closely with operations, F&B, entertainment, and marketing teams. Manage budgets, forecasts, supplier negotiations, and event margins with a clear commercial mindset.

On-Site Leadership & Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact during events, leading teams on the ground, managing VIP expectations, and resolving challenges swiftly to ensure seamless delivery.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as an Events Manager within luxury hospitality, nightlife, or high-end lifestyle venues

• Strong business acumen with a sales-driven mindset and a track record of revenue generation

• Established clientele and ability to attract high-profile clients and brands

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Polished communicator with a confident, client-focused approach

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
