Nammos World hiring Bar Manager at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Step into the world of Nammos, where luxury, energy, and exceptional service define every experience. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Bar Manager to lead bar operations, elevate guest experiences, and uphold the premium standards synonymous with the Nammos brand.

Please note: This role is based in the UAE. The exact venue location is not yet fully confirmed but will be within the UAE.

Your Responsibilities

Bar Operations & Service Excellence

Oversee all bar operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service, product quality, presentation, and guest experience in line with Nammos’ luxury positioning.

Team Leadership & Training

Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate bartenders and bar support staff. Lead by example, fostering a high-performance, guest-focused culture.

Beverage Program & Menu Development

Curate and maintain premium beverage menus, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and champagnes, ensuring creativity, quality, and alignment with brand identity.

Commercial Performance & Cost Control

Drive bar profitability through effective stock management, cost control, pricing strategies, and upselling. Monitor KPIs, margins, and wastage closely.

Guest Experience & VIP Engagement

Engage with guests and VIP clientele to ensure exceptional service, personalized experiences, and strong repeat business.

Compliance, Safety & Standards

Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies, including responsible service of alcohol.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

Work closely with F&B leadership, events, entertainment, and operations teams to deliver seamless service during high-volume periods and special events.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bar Supervisor within luxury hospitality, nightlife, or high-end lifestyle venues

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams

• Solid commercial awareness with experience in cost control and revenue optimization

• Extensive knowledge of premium beverages, cocktails, and bar trends

• Confident communicator with a polished, guest-centric approach

• Highly organized and able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments

• Experience working in the UAE or similar markets is a strong advantage

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
