Responsibilities
 

• Proactively handle customer queries and escalations through telephone and email
• Book restaurant reservation requests, and update accurate information in the system
• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Contribute to revenue objectives through maximizing booking conversions
• Where appropriate upsell and promote all restaurants to guests
• Ensure group and event booking requests are completed
• Flexibility to work to demands of the business including rotational shifts
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of restaurants customer data base
• Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management
