Responsiblities:-

• Customer Service: To sell the GX programs at the Club, enticing members to buy our signature classes and being friendly and approachable .
• Listening to your client's needs, concerns and goals.
• Motivational Skills: Getting fit can be tough for people, and they get discouraged easily. You will need to motivate them to keep going to make the changes they need, and make them feel positive about themselves.
• Developing new classes and tailoring them to the Max & Aegle brand 
• Speaking Skills: explain how to do exercises and speak in a positive, motivating way.
