Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure food is prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines.
• Passion for food and cooking with a desire to learn.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
