We are looking for a professional Waiter with proven fine dining experience who understands elevated service standards and delivers confident, polished guest interactions.

You will represent the essence of Italian hospitality through attention to detail, timing, product knowledge, and genuine warmth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver refined, attentive, and personalized service
• Demonstrate strong food and beverage knowledge, including alcohol and wine
• Provide confident pairing recommendations and upsell premium items
• Take and serve orders with precision and proper timing
• Maintain impeccable table presentation and dining standards
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize the experience
• Work closely with kitchen and host teams for seamless execution
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ownership
• Uphold La Famiglia’s service standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience in Europe or Dubai
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of alcohol and wine service standards
• Professional grooming and polished presence
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure
• Knowledge of Italian or Russian language is an advantage
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Positive, solution oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility
