Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages.

- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated effectively.

- Deliver orders promptly and accurately, coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff.

- Offer suggestions and upsell items to enhance guests' dining experiences.

- Monitor table turnover and maintain a neat and tidy dining area.

- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a harmonious and efficient service environment.

Requirements:

- Prior experience at least 3 years in a similar role preferred in 4 star hotels or high end restaurants

- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

- Positive attitude and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
