JUYI Restaurant & Lounge hiring Host/Hostess at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages.

- Ensuring special requests.

-  Coordinating with the service staff.

- Offer suggestions and upsell items to enhance guests' dining experiences.

- Maintain a neat and tidy FO area.

- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a harmonious and efficient service environment.

Requirements:

- Prior experience at least 3 years in a similar role preferred in 5 star hotels or high end restaurants.

- Knowledge of Sevenrooms  Reservation System

- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

- Positive attitude and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

- Mandarin,Arabic, Russian,Hindu...any extra languages are a plus...
