Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our fine dining team. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining floor, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and leading our team of service staff with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Train, mentor, and support the service staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.

  • Handle cash transactions, end-of-day reconciliation, and financial reporting as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service protocols and standards.

  • Previous experience as a floor supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a memorable dining experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and POS software.
