About the Company

J Bakery is a premium bakery and café concept in Dubai known for artisanal sourdough breads and specialty coffee. We are seeking a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the bakery’s full operations and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences while scaling sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Oversee all aspects of personnel management, including recruitment, scheduling, training, evaluations, and disciplinary procedures

• Design and implement effective marketing initiatives to grow revenue and brand awareness

• Optimize bakery workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Maintain tight control over daily cash handling and safeguard company assets

• Prepare and present periodic financial and performance reports to senior management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management within the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and maintain high service standards

• Familiarity with marketing strategy execution, cost control, and workflow optimization

• Excellent financial acumen and reporting skills

• Solid understanding of UAE labour law and hospitality industry regulations

• UAE work experience and food business background are highly desirable

Employment Terms

• Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 

• Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per year

• Medical Insurance: Provided in line with DHA regulations

• Working Hours: 48 hours/week

• Probation: 6 months (14 days’ notice during probation)

• Visa Support: All government fees and PRO charges covered by the employer
