We’re Hiring: Head Bakery Chef – JBakery, Dubai JBakery is a small artisan bakery in Jumeirah 2, dedicated to high-quality sourdough bread, laminated pastries, and specialty coffee. We’re a young, passionate team building a neighborhood bakery rooted in craftsmanship and creativity. What you’ll do: – Lead daily production of sourdough bread, laminated pastries, healthy snacks, and desserts – Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and team discipline – Develop new menu items and bring modern bakery trends to life – Work with new B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, retail), managing orders and building partnerships – Help grow the bakery through creativity, structure, and leadership – Oversee stock control, production documentation, and neutralization records – Experience with Serve systems is a strong advantage What we’re looking for: – Proven experience in artisan sourdough and laminated dough – Leadership background in a bakery or pastry kitchen – Organized, hands-on, and trend-aware approach – Portfolio required (Instagram or PDF)
