You are responsible for a section of the kitchen allocatedto you, maintaining the standard of the product, hygiene, and motivation to the highest level. You will work within teams with a desire to grow and progress.Core Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standardsTo complete all storage, stock rotation and cleaning tasks for the section to the required standard within the given timeEnsure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all timesCoordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef/Jr. Sous ChefEnsure that all food being prepared is with high quality dishes within the speciality sectionTo compile the list of and complete daily mise en place tasks for the section to the requiredKey Criteria:Experience in a customer-facing, fast placed environmentCommunicating clearly and effectively with guests and co-workersCreate friendly, respectful working environment and a strong teamProof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom;Availability to work full-time and be flexibleWe would love to hear from you if you feel like we could be a great fit for each other.
