Hotel & Catering Personnel hiring Chef at Doha, Qatar

Hotel & Catering Personnel are delighted to be looking for an Executive Chef (Fusion Cuisine) for a 5* Restaurant in Doha, Qatar.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or a 2-year degree from an accredited educational establishment in Culinary Arts, coupled with 3-5 years’ experience in the culinary arts with focus on Fusion Cuisine

Experience in stand-alone, high end restaurants or Michelin* experience would be preferred

Be able to:

Leading Kitchen Operations for the venue

Setting and Maintaining Goals for Culinary Function and Activities

Ensuring Culinary Standards and Responsibilities are met

Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities
