Vacant Position: Marketing Manager – ******FEMALE PREFFERD**** 

Location: Doha, Qatar

Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

Social Media

  • Coordinate and oversee the social media pages
  • This includes replying to all comments and private messages of both brands in a polite and professional manner, while following our Guest Relations standards and communicate these concerns/comment to the correct person-in-charge
  • Re-posting of Insta-Stories that follow the guidelines of our company as well as building relationships with Influencers
  • Compile a monthly content calendar with pictures and hashtags, working with the Executive Chef and Head Pastry Chef, to send calendar in advance to the Marketing office in Dubai for approval

Additional

  • A few hours per day you will support with customer satisfaction by following up on orders and any other task needed by the General Manager
  • Following a Hospitality Food and Beverage schedule, we need someone who is flexible concerning working days and -hours since you will be required to be present at events, be it in the evenings or over weekends

Requirements

  • 2-3 years working experience in a similar role, preferably in Qatar
  • Well connected with Influencers
  • English- & Arabic speaking individual is desired
  • Photography- and videography skills will be a huge plus
