KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests warmly at the table and set a genuinely hospitable tone from the first interaction.
• Build rapport with guests — learning preferences, remembering regulars, and personalizing recommendations to create a memorable, relationship-driven dining experience.
• Present menus and provide detailed, confident knowledge of all products, sharing plates, and seasonal specials to guide guest choices.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell dishes, pairings, premium items, and beverages — including alcoholic beverages, with the aim of enhancing guest experience and maximizing check average.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen and bar via the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages following brand sequence-of-service standards, including tableside presentation where applicable.
• Engage with guests throughout the meal — checking in at key moments, anticipating needs, and turning routine service touchpoints into opportunities to strengthen the guest relationship.
• Monitor table needs proactively — refills, clearing, condiments — without being asked.
• Process bill settlement accurately, including splitting bills and handling cash/card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup standards for assigned stations, including cutlery, glassware, and linen.
• Communicate guest feedback, allergies, and special requests clearly to kitchen and management.
• Support opening/closing side duties and inventory checks for FOH consumables.
• Adhere to Company's grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the Host/Hostess, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth, well-paced service.
