Job Description
Marketing Executive
We’re looking for someone who gets the details right, keeps the wheels turning, and brings good energy to the team. At Hotaru Holdings, every campaign, every guest review, every email matters. This role is about owning that space: the day-to-day execution that makes the bigger picture work.

What you’ll do
Social & Community
- Reply to all DMs and comments.
- Monitor and respond to reviews on Zomato, Google, TripAdvisor.
- Escalate negative reviews with suggested solutions.
CRM & Loyalty
- Run weekly reports on email campaigns (open rates, clicks, unsubscribes).
- Track WhatsApp campaign responses and compile insights.
- Support loyalty program data pulls and redemption analysis.
Campaign Coordination
- Keep a tracker for campaigns: assets, deadlines, approvals.
- Liaise with operations, content creators, designers, and external partners.
- Ensure brand assets are consistent across platforms.
- Coordinate with suppliers, event partners, and agencies when needed.
Competitor & Market Analysis
- Track competitor promotions, pricing, and new launches.
- Benchmark engagement and content against key competitors monthly.
Reporting
- Deliver a weekly dashboard for each brand (social growth, engagement, CRM, reviews).
- Put together post-campaign reports to highlight what worked and what did not.

- Comfortable working with social media tools, CRM and email platforms, and reporting basics (Excel or Google Sheets).
