Key Responsibilities
Operations & Floor Supervision
-
Supervise daily FOH operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts.

Lead the service team on the floor and ensure service standards are consistently followed.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service flow.
-
Step in to support service during peak periods when required.
Guest Experience
-
Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
-
Ensure service recovery is handled appropriately and escalated when necessary.
Alcohol Service Oversight
-
Ensure all alcoholic beverages are served in compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
-
Monitor responsible alcohol service and intervene when necessary.
-
Support and guide the team on beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.

Ensure only eligible guests are served alcohol, following venue procedures.
Team Supervision & Training
-
Supervise waiters, waitresses, runners, and hosts during shifts.
-
Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for service and alcohol handling standards.
-
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
-
Ensure staff comply with grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.
Cash & Administrative Duties
-
Oversee billing accuracy and proper handling of cash and card transactions.
-
Assist in end-of-shift reports, voids, discounts, and cash-up procedures.

Support management with basic reporting and operational tasks as assigned.
Compliance & Standards
-
Enforce company policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements.

Maintain FOH cleanliness, setup, and presentation at all times.
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter in an alcohol-licensed venue.

Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages; wine knowledge is mandatory.

Good leadership and communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Understanding of responsible alcohol service and UAE alcohol regulations.

Professional appearance and strong problem-solving skills.
