They are looking for a Sommelier with a passion for making the perfect wine pairings to provide exceptional customer service in a spectacular fine dining setting. As a Sommelier, you will be making pairings to compliment dishes created by some of the most talented chefs in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with an extensive selection of wines, from the best vintages and producers, and further expand your knowledge and understanding of fine wines.
