Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling all incoming reservation calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Managing reservations through phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins.
3. Recording guest details accurately in the reservation system, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
4. Confirming reservations and following up on cancellations or changes as needed.
5. Coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure seating availability and guest preferences are met.
6. Greeting guests over the phone with warmth and enthusiasm, reflecting the brand’s hospitality standards.
7. Maintaining updated knowledge of restaurant menus, special events, promotions, and operating hours.
8. Communicating effectively with the host/hostess, kitchen, and service teams regarding guest flow and booking status.
9. Following up with VIP or returning guests to ensure personalized service and satisfaction.
10. Providing recommendations or assistance to guests regarding dining options and experiences.
11. Assisting with administrative tasks related to reservations and guest feedback when needed.
12. Updating and monitoring daily reservation reports and waitlists.
13. Ensuring all guest information is handled with confidentiality and care.
14. Carrying out other related tasks and responsibilities.
