Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Videography, Photography, and Graphic Designing.
  2. Conceptualize, produce and deliver high-quality, creative and visually engaging photographs and video content that supports the DFF brand and the overall communication objectives.
  3. Manage all stages of photography and video production, including project conception, filming/photographing, capturing professional quality audio, editing, distribution and archiving.
  4. Set up, manage and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, and microphones for location and studio production.
  5. Ability to edit and enhance photographs and videos using current industry software for optimum results for print, web and other mediums in a timely manner.
  6. Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
  7. Experience using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition and relevant software’s.
  8. Supporting digital engagement programs with rich media content including graphics, photos, and videos; as well as posting activities on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other interactive social media tools.
  9. Creating appropriate imagery for social media and web updates.
  10. Shooting and editing high-quality video to be used on various platforms.
  11. Creating engaging and creative social media video and photo content.
  12. Videotaping program material for production; making technical and creative decisions regarding locations, appropriate lighting, shooting angles, placement, type of microphones, other audio needs, and other production issues.
  13. Editing, assembling, compressing, and posting final audio/video program material.
  14. Overseeing pre-production meetings for the onsite, studio, and field-based video shoots.
  15. Working with outside vendors as necessary to create animations, motion graphics, and video content.
  16. Upon completion of a project, archives digital files and maintains a library of physical files for reference.
  17. Determining what camera equipment is necessary and obtaining equipment.
  18. Transporting, setting up, and operating various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production.
  19. Supporting the team throughout the production process, which may include finding interview subjects, creating graphics, and presenting them to management.
  20. Designing and producing collateral material and ensuring that all graphic design work meets brand standards. The collateral materials may include brochures, datasheets, posters, presentation material, multimedia, Illustration, logo design, exhibit material, print ads, banner ads, and packaging.
  21. Building and maintaining relationships with outside creative agencies and freelance artists.
  22. Writing scripts and planning video concepts.
  23. Following brand and logo guidelines outlined by the corporate business requirements.
  24. Other duties as assigned.
