Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations of the reception and reservations teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

• Handling room reservations, inquiries, and special requests through phone, email, and online platforms.

• Ensuring accuracy in bookings, guest preferences, and room allocations.

• Supervising and training reception and reservations staff to maintain high service standards.

• Implementing procedures to optimize occupancy rates and revenue opportunities.

• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest satisfaction.

• Monitoring guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintaining updated knowledge of room rates, promotions, and hotel services.

• Preparing reports related to occupancy, bookings, and guest trends for management review.

• Developing and updating SOPs to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and data privacy policies.

• Assisting in forecasting and budgeting for front office and reservations operations.

• Building strong guest relationships and encouraging repeat bookings.

• Carrying out other related tasks and responsibilities.
