Job Responsibilities

  • Tracking important dates such as renewals, deadlines, and family events.

  • Ensuring smooth communication between the owner and staff across all properties or businesses.

  • Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and security.

  • Assisting in organizing private events, dinners, and gatherings.

  • Supervising household staff when required and ensuring tasks are completed.

  • Reviewing and filtering incoming communication to prioritize urgent matters.

  • Arranging personal shopping, appointments, and lifestyle-related needs.

  • Monitoring travel itineraries and ensuring seamless coordination during trips.

  • Updating the owner regularly on task progress, reminders, and pending items.

  • Scheduling vehicle maintenance, registrations, and driver coordination.

  • Managing follow-ups with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

  • Maintaining an organized digital and physical filing system.

  • Supporting the owner in both personal and business-related decision-making through timely information.

  • Ensuring the owner’s preferences, routines, and standards are followed at all times.
