Job Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing daily beverage operations across all outlets to ensure consistency and quality.
2. Developing innovative beverage menus, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, aligned with current trends.
3. Managing inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimum levels and minimize waste.
4. Training and mentoring bar staff on service standards, product knowledge, and mixology skills.
5. Ensuring compliance with local laws, health and safety standards, and licensing regulations.
6. Collaborating with chefs and restaurant managers to align beverage offerings with food menus.
7. Analyzing sales data to identify best-selling items and areas for improvement.
8. Creating promotional campaigns, happy hours, or pairing events to boost beverage sales.
9. Maintaining strong vendor relationships to secure quality products and favorable pricing.
10. Monitoring guest satisfaction and handling feedback or complaints related to beverage service.
11. Implementing cost-control measures to meet budget targets and maximize profitability.
12. Evaluating staff performance and conducting regular appraisals and development plans.
13. Upholding brand standards in beverage presentation, quality, and service delivery.
14. Researching emerging trends, ingredients, and equipment to keep offerings fresh and competitive.
