Gastrobar hiring Waiter/Waitress at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

At DUO Gastrobar we are redefining the fine casual dining experience with a modern take on European cuisine. As part of the Duoband group, which has over a decade of culinary innovation and 10 successful restaurants across Russia and Dubai, we aim to prove that exceptional cuisine can be both accessible and affordable.

Recognized by MICHELIN’s Bib Gourmand in 2024-2025 and awarded the Gault&Millau guide cap in 2025. Now we are looking for an experience Head Waiter/ess to join our project at Dubai Creek Harbour on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and answer questions (about dishes, portions, ingredients, possible food allergies and other);
• Recommend menu items to guests and ensure their comfort (check food satisfaction, resolve issues promptly);
• Take orders from guests, transfer them to the kitchen and serve food and beverages according to service standards, check and transfer invoices;
• Prepare and serve tables (table linens, utensils, glasses, menus) and ensure they are clean and presentable;
• Maintain order in the restaurant, return used dishes and utensils to the sink;
• Look professional, well-groomed and wear appropriate uniform.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fine casual dining restaurants from 1 year;
• Speaks English fluently;
• Worked with wine, cocktails and spirits previously;
• You are pleasant and well-groomed.
