Now we are looking for an experience Bartender/Barmaid to join our new project at Dubai Creek Harbour on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix a variety of cocktails and cocktail components according to the restaurant’s standards;
• Keep the bar area clean, safe and well-organized throughout the shift;
• Monitor bar stock levels and request/order supplies when needed;
• Explain the menu, venue concept, and guest experience clearly and confidently;
• Respond to guest questions and complaints in a professional and respectful manner;
• Follow service, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times;
• Support colleagues and other departments to maintain a friendly and productive work environmen;

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bartender/Barmaid from 1 year;
• Speaks English fluently;
• Worked with wine, cocktails and spirits previously (knowledge alcoholic beverages and other drinks);
• You are pleasant and well-groomed.
