DUO Gastrobar is a contemporary European restaurant and part of Duo Band, a restaurant group with 10 successful projects in Russia and Dubai. DUO was recognized with the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand in 2024-2026 and awarded by Gault&Millau UAE in 2025 and 2026.

We are currently looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Dubai Creek Harbour.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, present menus and answer questions about dishes, portion sizes, ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements;
• Recommend menu items and ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their dining experience and resolving any issues promptly;
• Take orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, serve food and beverages according to service standards, and present bills to guests;
• Prepare and set tables with appropriate linens, tableware, glassware and menus, ensuring they remain clean and presentable;
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant, clear tables and return used tableware to the designated area;
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance and follow the company's uniform standards.

​Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter in a reputable casual or fine dining restaurant;
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, food and beverages;
• Good knowledge of wine and spirits;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Excellent communication and guest service skills;
• You are pleasant and well-groomed.
