Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously, assist them with seating and explain our restaurant concept;
• Take and process reservations by phone and online platforms, answer calls and ensure reservations are accurate and timely;
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and help resolve disputes in accordance with established regulations;
• Participate in preparing the restaurant for opening and closing, making sure all areas are in order and ready

Qualifications

• Preferably more than one year work experience;
• Intermediate and above level English spoken;
• Ability to conduct official correspondence by e-mail in a competent manner;
• You are pleasant and well-groomed;
• Want to develop in a professional environment!
