Responsibilities

- Greet guests courteously, assist them with seating and explain our restaurant concept;
- Take and process reservations by phone and online platforms, answer calls and ensure reservations are accurate and timely;
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and help resolve disputes in accordance with established regulations;
- Participate in preparing the restaurant for opening and closing, making sure all areas are in order and ready

Qualifications

- Preferably more than one year work experience;
- Intermediate and above level English spoken;
- Ability to conduct official correspondence by e-mail in a competent manner;
- You are pleasant and well-groomed;
- Want to develop in a professional environment!
