DUO Gastrobar is a contemporary European restaurant and part of Duo Band, a restaurant group with 10 successful projects in Russia and Dubai. DUO was recognized with the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand in 2024-2026 and awarded by Gault&Millau UAE in 2025 and 2026.

We are currently looking for an experienced Bartender/ Barmaid to join our team at Dubai Creek Harbour and Dubai Hills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and cocktail components according to the restaurant's recipes and standards;
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized bar area throughout the shift;
• Monitor bar stock levels and request necessary supplies in a timely manner;
• Present the beverage menu, explain the restaurant concept and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences;
• Respond to guest questions, requests and complaints professionally and respectfully;
• Follow the restaurant's service, hygiene and safety standards at all times;
• Work closely with the service team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in reputable restaurants or bars;
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and wine;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
