Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. The Bartender plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including equipment and glassware
• Manage cash handling, billing, and POS transactions accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Adhere to company policies, health regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Relevant certification (if required by local regulations)
