Job Summary

We are seeking a well‑presented and customer‑focused Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. The Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering a positive and welcoming dining experience. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage guest flow efficiently while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and walk‑ins efficiently using the reservation system
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus with professionalism
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth table allocation and guest flow
  • Maintain an organized waiting list and provide accurate waiting time information
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and basic complaints with courtesy and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host desk and entrance area
  • Adhere to company policies, service standards, and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer‑facing hospitality role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shift schedules
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
