Job Description
Position: Bartender

Report to: Restaurant Manager / Assistant restaurant manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensures that the bar section of the restaurant is stocked and ready for service daily
• Ensures that all in house made syrups and essences are stocked according to par levels, labeled, and being poured according to agree upon recipes
• Maintains clean chillers and freezers, insures that speed rails are full and ready for service
• Prepares daily garnish and setups
• Makes sure the bar has all Glassware and SOE needed for daily service
• Prepares replenishment orders for the bar and maintains a clean beverage storage area always
• Makes sure the bar section is cleans and ready to receive guests
• Full beverage menu knowledge in terms of recipes and presentation procedures
• Clean as you go
• Makes sure all bar condiments are full and ready for service
• Maintains proper personal hygiene standards in terms of beard trimming, hair tidiness, uniform washed and pressed
• Full food knowledge of menu and upselling techniques on the bar section
• Implements all internal rules and regulations
