Chef/Chef Manager

We are currently seeking a full time Chef Manager to head up our busy catering department. You will be supplying on board catering for the fleet of passenger vessels operating in the Windsor area of the River Thames.Your role will be to manage and train a team of dedicated kitchen staff and servers to maximise food safety, hygiene, costs, service levels, ordering and overall presentation.
