Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join our upcoming premium Italian restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of Italian hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the waitstaff during service.
• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and exceptional guest service.
• Train, coach, and motivate the service team.
• Assist in coordinating table assignments and reservations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and Supervisors in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress in an Italian, fine dining, or premium casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service and wine service.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• must be in Dubai
• European, Italian, and Russian nationals are preferred.
