Job Description
We are seeking experienced and passionate Bartenders to join our upcoming premium Italian restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of classic and signature cocktails, wines, spirits, and exceptional guest service skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
- Recommend cocktails, wines, and beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor bar inventory and assist with stock control.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in an Italian restaurant, fine dining, or premium hospitality venue.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Must be in Dubai
- European nationals are preferred.
