We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our upcoming premium Italian restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about authentic Italian cuisine and capable of leading a high-performing kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
• Monitor food preparation and maintain authentic Italian recipes.
• Control food cost, inventory, and kitchen waste.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef in an Italian restaurant or premium dining concept.
• At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience in Dubai is required.
• Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine and kitchen operations.
• Experience in food costing, inventory management, and team leadership.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Must be in Dubai
• European and Italian nationals are preferred.
