We're Hiring: Restaurant General Manager

An exciting opportunity to lead the launch and operations of a premium Italian restaurant in Dubai.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an Italian restaurant.
• Proven leadership in managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, cost control, inventory, and team management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Must be here in Dubai
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant's daily operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and budgets.
