Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our upcoming premium Italian restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain the highest operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate the service team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and presentation.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and General Manager in daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in an Italian or premium casual/fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• must be in Dubai
• European, Italian, and Russian nationals are preferred.
