We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen operations of our upcoming premium Italian restaurant in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations.
• Develop and maintain authentic Italian menus and recipes.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen team.
• Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with management to achieve operational and financial targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an Italian restaurant or premium dining concept.
• At least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience in Dubai is required.
• Proven experience in restaurant pre-opening is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, menu engineering, food costing, and kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a multicultural kitchen team.
• Must be available to join immediately.
