Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our upcoming premium Italian restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Front-of-House team.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor service quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, recruitment, and training.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a premium Italian restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage service, and cost control.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Must be in Dubai
• Must be available to join immediately.
